Subscribers are able to pause their subscription temporarily vs canceling. Here are the eligible reasons for pausing a subscription
- The subscriber chooses to not use their plan for a brief period of time.
- The subscriber has temporarily relocated and does not have access to the location.
You can easily pause payment for the subscription on the “Subscriber Info” page.
- Select the “Pause Payment” button located in the “Payment Details” section
- Choose the amount of time the subscription should be paused for based on the pre-defined pausing periods available in the drop down menu
Note: Pausing a subscription will extend the subscription duration to include the pause months. For example, if the subscription is paused for 3 months, then the subscription duration will be for 15 months instead of 12 months. So that the subscribers can have more duration to utilize the subscription benefits.
