Can a subscription be paused and how do I do it?

Subscribers are able to pause their subscription temporarily vs canceling. Here are the eligible reasons for pausing a subscription

1. The subscriber chooses to not use their plan for a brief period of time.
2. The subscriber has temporarily relocated and does not have access to the location.

You can easily pause payment for the subscription on the “Subscriber Info” page.

1. Select the “Pause Payment” button located in the “Payment Details” section
2. Choose the amount of time the subscription should be paused for based on the pre-defined pausing periods available in the drop down menu

Note: Pausing a subscription will extend the subscription duration to include the pause months. For example, if the subscription is paused for 3 months, then the subscription duration will be for 15 months instead of 12 months. So that the subscribers can have more duration to utilize the subscription benefits.
