- Navigate to the “Subscriber Info” screen to update the default credit/debit card on file for the subscriber’s subscription plan.
- Select the “update card” button located on the “Payment Details” section
- Enter the new credit/debit or HSA card details, then select the “update card” button to add/or replace the active card on file
- Prepaid cards can be used for annual billing frequency only, and the subscription will be set for one-time. Prepaid cards are not eligible for Auto renewal
Note: All the future payments will be charged to this new card and stored as the preferred method of payment for the subscription.
