You can update a subscriber’s billing date directly from the provider portal. Follow the steps below to make the change. Video Demonstration
Step-by-step instructions

Open the subscriber’s account
Search for the subscriber and select their profile to view their account details.

Navigate to the Subscription Details section
Scroll down the page until you reach Subscription Details.
Here you will see the current billing date listed (for example, the 28th of each month).

Open the actions menu
On the right-hand side of the Subscription Details section, locate the three-dot menu.
Click the three dots to open the action options.

Select “Change Billing Date”
From the dropdown menu, choose Change Billing Date.

Choose the new billing date
A calendar window will appear, showing available dates.
Select the new billing date the subscriber has requested (for example, the 15th of the month).

Confirm the update
Click Change Date to save the new billing date.

Verify the confirmation message
A success message will appear confirming the billing date has been updated.
The subscriber’s payments will now process on the new billing date going forward.
