An employee cannot access their Subscribili account or reset their password.

Password resets can be performed by anyone with access to the Location Users page.

In the Subscribili portal, open Access Management from the left menu, search for the user, and click the key icon to reset their password.

A password reset email will be sent to the email address on file.
