How do I link a patient with a PMS or EHR patient ID?

Once the subscription plan has been created, you will be prompted to link the patient to your PMS system.

If a patient with matching name and date of birth is found, those records will appear in the list at the bottom of the window. To link the new subscriber to an existing PMS record, select the radio button next to the correct patient and click Link Selected Patient.

If no records are found, or if none of the listed records match the subscriber, choose Create New PMS Patient. This will create a new patient in the PMS and link the subscriber to that record.

If you prefer to skip the patient linking step, you may close the window by clicking the X in the top right corner.
